Privacy Policy

When you create an account or buy a video, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any address details you choose to provide. When you buy a video, the payment is processed securely by our payment provider and we receive only a record of your purchase — never your full card details.

We use your information to give you access to the videos you purchased, to send order confirmations, to provide support when you message us, and — only if you opted in — to send camp updates about new videos and songs. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Videos you purchase are tied to your own account and can only be watched while signed in. To protect the camp's videos from being copied, viewing is watermarked with your email address, and we keep a basic record of when videos are watched. We do not share your viewing history with anyone outside our team.

CRC Media LLC, the legal entity operating Camp Ruach Chaim Productions, may view account details, and only to run the store and help customers. Our service providers (such as payment processing, email delivery and video hosting) see only the information they need to provide their service.

You can update your details on the Account settings page, and you can unsubscribe from camp updates at any time using the link in any email. If you would like your account deleted, contact us through the chat on this site and we will take care of it.

Any questions about this policy? Reach out through the "Chat with us" button at the bottom of any page and we'll be happy to help.
